This dress has a pretty flutter sleeve, drop waist and a double ruffled skirt. Though it was originally design for gingham, any light-weight cotton (cotton blend) fabric will work just fine. It will look very cheerful in floral print. Drop waist gingham dress is a wonderful for summer holidays and it is not difficult to make.
Choosing the fabric check that it is not too stiff and drapes well.
