Shipping & Delivery
Q: How quickly do you post orders?
A: We post all orders on the next business day after the payment is cleared. Business days here tied to Australia Post's hours of operation - if they can't accept our parcel, we can't do much about it.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Domestic deliveries take 5 to 7 days from receipt and processing of your order; International deliveries usually take 7 to 14 days from receipt and processing of your order, but can sometimes take longer due to circumstances beyond our contol.
Privacy & Security
Q: What do you use my customer information for?
A: To process your order. That's it. We will not, under any circumstances, share your information with any 3rd party.

Q: What about my payment data security?
A: Your payment data (Credit Card details and such) is processed directly by PayPal, which is one of the world's largest and most secure online payment processing companies. We do not see and don't store any of that data, and we don't need to.
Returns & Replacements
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to our team.

If you are dissatisfied with the product received you must contact us by email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product stating your name, order number, item number (if more than one item was ordered), and your preferred option: either refund or exchange. We will reply to you with the instructions on how to return the items, at our cost. Please note: returned items must be in original condition, un-worn, with all tags attached.

Refunds and discounts: when buying multiple items, you receive an automatic volume discount. When you return part of your order, discount for the order may be affected. In this case we will refund the difference between how much you have paid for the order and how much you would have paid for the same order if it didn't include the item(s) you are returning.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Q: I want to make a purchase but don't have a credit card or PayPal account!
A: We do not offer this as a readily available payment option, though it is possible to organise payment via either money order or a personal cheque. If you are considering such a purchase, please email us at [email protected] to contact our Customer Care.

Q: What are the benefits of becoming a registered user?
A: In addition to being able to track your purchases, you will get a 5% discount on everything in store for the life of your account.
